The historic Magnolia Brewery building

The Building

More Than a Century of Houston History

Magnolia Live makes its home inside one of downtown Houston's most storied buildings — the historic Magnolia Brewery, founded as the Houston Ice & Brewing Company in 1892. From its days as one of the city's largest companies on the banks of Buffalo Bayou to the landmark it is today, this historic building has always been where Houston gathered.
